How it works in winter

• Breakfast and barThere is no breakfast and the hotel bar is closed. There are four bars within 50 m.in summer: 7–11, buffet
• ReceptionThere is no one at the desk. For any problem, day or night, the numbers to call are written on the self check-in kiosk and on a sign at the entrance.in summer: open 24 hours
• Check-inFrom 15:00, at the self check-in kiosk, at any time, with your booking code. How it works ↓in summer: at reception; after 22:00, the night porter
• EntranceThe self check-in kiosk is outside the hotel entrance, under the arcade of Corso Goffredo Mameli 65 (opens in a new window). In winter you come in through the hotel entrance. The apartments also have a second entrance from Piazza Castello 4 (opens in a new window).
• Room cleaningRooms are cleaned every day, except on 25 and 26 December and 1 January. In the apartments and for bookings of 7 nights or more there is no daily cleaning; in the apartments the final cleaning is included in the stay calculation.
• Christmas and New YearArrivals are not possible on 25 December and 1 January. In the apartments, not on 26 December either.
• ApartmentsMinimum 7 nights; arrival any day except 25–26 December and 1 January. From the hotel entrance the lift goes to the 1st floor; then 18 steps to the 2nd and 35 to the 3rd. From Piazza Castello 4 you walk up: 15, 33 and 50 steps.
